A 1 year old Ladybug

So, Life has been a bit hectic and this post is a bit a lot late. On Feb 8, my darling daughter turned 1 year old. On her birthday, grandma brought her to the airport to have lunch with me and J. We had her birthday party on the 11th and we all had a blast! We had friends and family over for a Chili Bar dinner, presents and cake. Here are some pictures of the day just to show you how much fun we had! Our invitation- Created by yours truly and printed at Costco! Ladybugs Cake. I made it and decorated it with my mom's and a close friends help. The ladybug on top is Carrot Cake with a Cream Cheese frosting. The rest of the cake was Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting covered with home made Fondant... And for any one year old, the best part... CAKE!!! We did do pictures of the presents, but man, locating that info has been a pain. It is saved somewhere, honest! Her favorite toy was the Rock-n-Roll Elmo. She wouldnt even wait for Daddy to get it out of the package to play with it!
